Your records, locked to your clinic.
Clinical notes, owner details and bills are the clinic's own. TailBridge keeps each clinic's records apart, stores them in India, logs who opened what, and never shares an owner's records without their consent.

We look after your clinic's records. We never own them, sell them, or show them to another clinic without the owner's say.
How the records are protected
These safeguards are built into the database and the app, so your records stay protected even on your busiest evening.
- Kept apart
- Every record carries its clinic. The database itself refuses to show one clinic's records to another, through row-level security.
- Stored in India
- Databases, files and backups stay in India, in the Mumbai region, with a backup copy in a second Indian region. Backups run every night.
- Logins
- Each person signs in with their own login. Administrators must also use an authenticator app. A lost device can be signed out from the admin screen.
- Clinical record
- Visit notes are append-only: a correction is added, never written over. Deletes are soft, so nothing vanishes by accident.
- Money and numbers
- Invoice numbers, payments and stock are settled by the server, so two counters can never issue the same bill number.
- Offline
- When the internet drops, work is saved on the device and synced safely when it returns, with conflicts resolved by the server.
Owners decide who sees their records
Consent is recorded as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
- Another clinic sees a pet's records only when the owner agrees, for example on a referral.
- The usual clinic is told whenever its records are opened elsewhere.
- Owners can withdraw a share, and stop reminders, at any time.
Your money, your exit
The two promises clinics ask about first, written into the terms.
- Payments
- Money owners pay through TailBridge goes straight to the clinic's own Razorpay account. We never hold the clinic's money.
- Export
- Download every record in standard formats whenever you want, during the service and for 90 days after it ends.
- Your list
- We never sell or rent your client list, and never use it to advertise another clinic.
