Out of hours, then home
Your clinic closes at nine. Bruno eats something he should not at 11:40 pm. This is what happens next.
- 11:40 pmPriya opens the owner app. Your clinic is closed, so it shows the nearest open clinic on the network.
- 11:52 pmPriya allows the emergency clinic to see Bruno's record for seven days. You are told it was opened.
- 1:15 amBruno is treated. The notes, bills and lab reports are added to his record.
- 9:00 amThe follow-up is booked with you, and your doctor reads the night's notes before Bruno walks in.

A chain keeps its clients by owning every clinic. Independents can keep theirs by covering for each other.
The rules we wrote down
The network only works if every clinic gains more than it gives away. These rules come with every network agreement, written down before your clinic joins.
- No paid placement
- No clinic can buy a higher spot. Owners see clinics ranked by distance, open hours and reviews, and nothing else.
- Pay only for new clients
- You pay a fee only when an owner new to you chooses you through the network. Never a commission on clients you already have.
- The follow-up comes home
- Referrals and emergencies send the notes and the next visit back to the usual clinic.
- Owners hold the key
- Records are shared only with the owner's consent, for a set time, and the usual clinic is told every time they are opened.
- A clear monthly count
- Every month you see the clients you gained from the network and the clients you lost to it.
- Leave any time
- The network is opt-in. Switch it off from settings and your clients stay exactly where they are.
Refer out without losing the pet
Send a patient for an ultrasound, orthopaedic surgery or a specialist opinion. The referral carries your notes, and the report comes back into your record when it is done.
