Five rules we build by
Every feature has to pass all five. When one would break a rule, we leave the feature out.
- The clinic owns the relationship
- Every screen an owner sees puts your clinic first. Nothing we build lets one clinic take another's clients.
- Survive the counter
- It has to work at 7 pm on a Sunday with a full waiting room, on a PC or a tablet, with or without internet. Speed and reliability come before new features.
- Prove the money
- Reminders sent, visits recovered, clients gained and lost: you always see the figures, so you can judge what TailBridge is worth to you.
- Owners control their records
- A pet's records are shared only when the owner agrees. Every access is logged, and the usual clinic can see it.
- Lean by design
- We build what a clinic needs and keep running costs low, so the monthly fee stays fair for a small practice.
Started in Hyderabad
We began with our own city. We scanned 484 Google Maps listings and found about 280 independent pet clinics, not counting chains, government hospitals and pet shops. Every screen is designed around how they work: the counter, the register and the evening rush.
