How long does setup take?
Most clinics are running within a week. We set TailBridge up on your devices, enter your owner and pet register and upcoming vaccines, and import any Excel sheets you already keep.
Do I need new hardware?
No. TailBridge runs in the browser on the PC you already have at the front desk, and on any tablet or phone. It installs like an app and keeps working when the internet drops.
Can my staff use their own phones?
Yes. Each person gets their own login and only sees what their role allows. Administrators also use an authenticator app to sign in.
Is there a long contract?
No. You pay month to month and can leave whenever you like, with no charge after the current month. You can export every record before you go.
