A clinic at its own address. Several counters, PCs and tablets in one clinic are still one branch.
Yes. Open a second branch and you move to the Clinic Group plan from the next billing month. Close one and you move back.
Before the two months end we agree a monthly fee with you in writing. If you choose not to continue, the service ends with the pilot and you keep a full export of your records. Nothing is charged automatically.
Stop from the admin screen or by email. The paid month runs to its end with no further charge, and your records stay available to export for 90 days.
Only with at least 60 days' written notice, from the next billing month after that. You can leave before a change takes effect.
Tell us your clinic's name. We will call to fix a time, show TailBridge on your own counter and suggest the plan that fits.
