Delete your TailBridge account

In the app

Open the TailBridge app, tap Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm. It takes effect at once.

Without the app

Write to privacy@tailbridge.in with the subject “Delete my TailBridge account” and the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm it is you by sending a code to that number on WhatsApp, then delete the account within 7 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• You are signed out on every phone.
• Your pets’ card links stop working.
• Clinics you shared records with from the app can no longer see them.
• Your reviews of clinics are removed.
• Refill requests a clinic has not answered yet are withdrawn.

What your clinics keep

Each clinic keeps its own records of you and your pets: visits, bills, prescriptions, vaccinations and messages. Some of these the law requires them to keep, such as bills for tax. To have a clinic erase its records, ask the clinic, or write to privacy@tailbridge.in and we will pass your request on and make sure it is answered. Our privacy policy explains how long records are kept.

We keep a note that an account was deleted, with the mobile number in a form that cannot be read back, as proof that we did it. If you sign in again later, you start a new account.
